While Gian described education in London as quite «self-taught» and of high quality compared to his native country, he explains, «My dream was to be a lawyer, perhaps it still is, but what is shaping me now as a person is the fact of doing business, so I saw many businesses in London that move day by day, and I believe it is a city like no other in the world».

The young Peruvian always had an interest in the business sector, especially in light of the economic needs he faced alongside his father.
